朱がうまれた。
太陽、炎、血——古代より象徴されてきたいのちの色。
大地に積もった記憶が植物を通して風に舞い、また還る。
生きている私自身のかがり火として、
原風景というものを、朱色を通して描きたい。

Sun, flame, blood — colors of life symbolized since ancient times.
Memory accumulated in the earth rises through plants, scatters in the wind, and returns to the ground again.
As a bonfire of my own living self, I want to depict what I call my origin landscape, through the color vermilion.
